Private Training

One-on-One Personal Training:

Offered for those looking for a more personalized fitness program for their child. Our trainers will design a program based on you and your child's goals whether it is to lose weight, improve sport performance, develop habit of exercise, or to use as an alternative to organized sports.

 

Small Group Training:

Offered for those who have a group of 2-6 children and are looking for exercise in a more intimate social setting.

 

Special Needs:

Offered for those children who have special needs. Our team will work to understand your child's challenges and design a program that will allow them to progress physically while increasing their self esteem.

 

All Packages Include:

  • An initial consultation with parent(s) as well as regular progress reports
  • All sessions are 60 minutes
  • Trainers will bring necessary equipment

* Space must be provided. Trainers can work in any space that will allow for movement.
