coach zuly
Zuly first got into working out a little over 7 years ago and has been a certified personal trainer for the past few years. Initially hooked by her then mentor and trainer Jose Garcia, Zuly began a routine fitness regiment working out at a small neighborhood gym in the Bronx that had just enough equipment to get her going. With her on going love for exercising and new found passion for staying healthy, she started eating better and planning a healthier diet - which included switching from a candy craving sweet tooth into healthier options like fruits and nuts.

Always around her school age nieces and nephews, Zuly would share her love for exercise and began showing them some fun age-appropriate workout activities - just for fun. They loved the movement and enjoyed being challenged. Soon after Zuly knew she wanted to bring her passion for fitness and healthy living to kids around the city. Following a sweaty Boxing session at a gym in Tribeca and a little kismet later, Zuly found PopFit Kids. She teaches all age groups with a speciality in PopFit Kids Jr. programs where loves getting kids super excited about staying active and being healthy - she says its the best job in the world.
