PopFit Classes

 Get ready for an action packed healthy adventure with high-energy fitness fun, good-for-you-games and nutritional know-how that kids can share with the whole family. Through energizing circuits, fitness games, obstacle courses and more each PopFit adventure will hit on the Fab Five: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance and Endurance.  Children will work toward increasing muscle coordination, improving motor planning skills,
and engaging in total body awareness.


PopFit Jr Fitness Class:  Through energizing circuits, fitness games, obstacle courses and more each PopFit adventure will hit on the Fit Five: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance, and Endurance. Children will work toward increasing muscle coordination, improving motor planning skills, and engaging in total body awareness.

Yoga Minis Yoga Class:  Let your mini-me develop their strength, balance, and confidence in doing ‘yoga adventures’ during this 45-minute session. Your child will be introduced to age-appropriate poses along with simplified breathing techniques and easy “how to” focus activities that is sure to have your child feeling Om-tastic.

 
 

 

 

Whether preparing for sports or general movement, this fun-plus-fitness club introduces exercise and conditioning in a cool, fast-paced environment.  Among the many techniques to be taught, students will learn the proper way to sit right for a sit-up, bend it for a box jump and lateral lunge with accuracy.

Kids will engage week to week in high-energy circuit activities, agility drills, resistance training, dynamic stretches and more while learning the benefit of the PopFit Fab Five: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, and Balance. The program also features nutritional education and take home challenges sure to keep everyone on their feet.


FUNctional Fitness Class: This class is focused on improving coordination, increasing speed, building stamina, and developing strength. Kids will perform a variety of high-energy drills, innovative circuit stations, and fun fitness games.

Powerflow Yoga Class: During this 50-minute session, your child will improve their strength, balance, and confidence through age-appropriate yoga flows, simplified breathing techniques, partnered yoga activities, and easy “how to” focus activities.

Kids will perform high intensity training intervals combined with a variety of conditioning drills.  Whether you are an athlete or just want to train like one, this program will improve coordination, increase speed, build stamina and develop power. This class is a fun, fast-paced workout ending with a dynamic cool down that will lengthen those hard worked muscles and strengthen the core.
